PaysOnline is an Outsourced Managed Service provider and are looking for personnel that wish to enhance their career as a payroll professional.

The role requires attention to detail and exemplary customer service. It would suit applicants with not only payroll acumen but call centre management skills or professional service experience.

PaysOnline is not assists clients with payroll, but time and attendance, rostering and HR capability with personalised payroll management. No day is the same.

Experience in any or all of the above would be highly regarded.

Skills to be demonstrated should include:

- Minimum 1 year AUSTRALIAN payroll experience required
- Experience setting up Time and Attendance Solutions highly regarded
- Outstanding literacy and communication
- Eagerness to learn
- Logical thought processes
- Problem solving
- Ability to research payroll related questions as required
- Commitment to make a difference for each and every one of our clientsResponsibilities will include:

- Processing and monitoring multiple payrolls on a daily basis under strict timelines and conditions
- Constant liaison with your own clients
- The conversion of clients to payroll “best practice”
- Researching payroll related questions
- Ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of all payrolls
- Award interpretation of Modern awards
- Working with HR functionality

Responsibilities will include:

- Processing and monitoring multiple payrolls on a daily basis under strict timelines and conditions
- Constant liaison with your own clients
- The conversion of clients to payroll “best practice”
- Researching payroll related questions
- Ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of all payrolls
- Award interpretation of Modern awards
- Working with HR functionality

Pay: From $58,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Payroll: 1 year (required)
