**Job Description**:

- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive and professional impression.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Provide administrative support, such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Monitor and manage the online platform, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via various communication channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an admin receptionist or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Real Estate Industery is a plus.
