As our new PA / Front of House Receptionist, you’ll be the first face our clients see - and the organisational genius behind the scenes. This is a role that blends warm, professional front desk reception with sharp personal assistant support to help our studio run at its best.

**You’ll Be Responsible For**:

- Welcoming clients and creating an exceptional first impression
- Supporting studio management with scheduling, admin, and day-to-day tasks
- Keeping the studio spotless and inviting
- Taking initiative and anticipating needs - you're two steps ahead of everyone
- Adding positive energy to the team and building genuine connections with clients

**You Are**:

- Outgoing, warm, and great with people
- Exceptionally organised and proactive - nothing gets past you
- Confident using systems (we’ll train you) and able to juggle multiple tasks with a smile
- Flexible and willing to jump in wherever needed
- Passionate about health, wellness, and creating a positive space

**Bonus Points If You**:

- Have experience in reception, admin, or PA roles
- Love fitness and wellness (or are curious to learn more)
- Can handle a bit of chaos with calm and good humour

**Hours**:
Part-time 15 hours to begin with a possibility to move to full time.
