We are seeking an experienced cancer pharmacist to join our team as an Expert Implementation Consultant to support an exciting and strategically important project in South Australia. We are looking for someone who has expert knowledge of Australian adult chemotherapy regimens, practices, and standards. Expert knowledge of Australian paediatric chemotherapy regimens, practices and standards would be very highly regarded.

**About the Role**

The primary purpose of this role is to use your cancer treatment knowledge to support the implementation of an innovative chemotherapy prescribing system statewide. Your clinical knowledge and experience will be leveraged to support the client project team in defining workflows, informing development and configuration, and to support end to end testing and validation. You will also be responsible for testing configurations, identifying root causes of test issues, and through working with the team identify and implement resolutions. You will support the change manager in developing training materials based on the configuration and agreed workflows as well as support training of super users and end users. You will be instrumental in supporting sites as they go live to ensure that clinicians and administrative teams are able to utilise the solution effectively and safely during the activation process.

**Responsibilities**:
**Domain Expertise**:

- Expert level knowledge of Australian adult (and paediatric) chemotherapy regimens,
- Expert knowledge of clinical improvement program implementation, including gap analysis following current and future state process assessment in the oncology setting

**Solution Implementation to meet requirements as specified in the project plan**:

- Carry out the implementation of digital health solutions following a detailed project plan and in accordance with the agreed project scope
- Lead process assessment and redesign working collaboratively with clients to achieve robust, practical, and beneficial workflows, and configure solutions based on these
- Test digital health solutions using robust procedures to identify and resolve test issues
- Thoroughly understand implementation methodologies and be able to put these into practice
- Support User Acceptance Testing and Production Verification Testing performed by the client
- Support clinicians and administrative staff during activation of digital health solutions
- Support solution training to ensure end users and super users are able to effectively and safely use the solution

**Consultancy**:

- Deliver advice, guidance and recommendations on system configuration and implementation best practice
- Identify, analyse, and document client business requirements, and ensure these are mapped to test cases and results
- Identify solution gaps and assist in the development of customisation or other strategies within the project scope
- Provide system optimisation guidance and recommendations

**About You**:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Clinical/Business experience
- Certified Health Informatician Australasia (CHIA) credential highly regarded
- 2-8 years of related work experience in cancer pharmacy or cancer nursing in a metropolitan or regional health centre
