Our client is a leading privately commercial and passenger automotive

dealer group. With over 50 sites and 1500 employees, they are committed to being the industry leader ensuring their employees come first.

**This role is a 6 month contract to deliver a WFM implementation project.**
- Build strong relationships with business leaders, Payroll & HR contacts and the vendor
- Scope the requirements in line with system configuration elements
- Work with the vendor to ensure the system is configured and implemented correctly
- Regularly meet with project teams to report on milestones and deliverables
- Use your technical WFM skills to customise settings, scheduling rules, shift and reports
- Maintain detailed documentation of the system, including config, processes and procedures
- Develop change management strategies to ensure user adoption, including communicating the benefits of the new rostering / WFH system
- Develop user guidelines and training materials to facilitate knowledge transfer and ESS
- Provide support and troubleshooting assistance post go live for a smooth adoption

**To be considered for the role, your skills and experience should include**:

- Previous WFM project implementation experience - ideally multisite and complex
- Successfully managed implementation projects end-to-end with strong stakeholder engagement experience
- Change management, project management, analytical and problem solving skills are essential
- Can-do, people first attitude, finding ways to exceed stakeholder and customer expectations
- Exceptional communication skills with a go-to and get it done attitude
- This is initially a 6 month contract but could stretch further given the project complexities as the project does include a new payroll module._
