**Implementation Consultant - Software**

**The Opportunity**:
Working closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams, you will be responsible for configuring the Amplify system for new customer pre-sales pitches and demos, through to providing assistance and expertise during the implementation project phase.

You will work directly with customers, internal technical stakeholders and BDM’s to really understand customer requirements and be a key team member in new client wins and Amplify’s continued global growth.

**Key responsibilities**:
- Quickly build strong relationships with new and existing Amplify Clients - setting the foundation for a lasting partnership.- Understand why the customer chose Amplify and assist the pre-sales requirements gathering and design sessions.-
- Guide clients through the pre-sales phase of the new system to ensure value is realised.- Effectively document processes including any fixes or adjustments made during the project lifecycle- Assist clients on best practices within the product, and provide suggestions for their change management.

**What we are looking for**:
You will have proven pre sales and software implementation experience for efficient, fit for purpose and secure software systems.

You will be an extremely skilled communicator with strong commercial sense and the ability to develop relationships at all levels both internally and with key external customers..

Demonstrated experience in understanding and solving difficult commercial problems with effective solutions, using rigorous logic and methods is essential, with tertiary qualification in either Information Technology, Project Management or a related field preferred.
