Principal Workday Consultant

This role requires a strong understanding of the business and technical aspects of Workday HCM. The ideal candidate will have experience with design, configuration, testing, and implementation of Workday HCM and Learning products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Become an expert in Workday HCM and Learning product design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
  • Recommend solutions based on client requirements, while adapting to additional needs as they arise.
  • Guide clients through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions using best practices and an understanding of unique business requirements.
  • Regularly engage and support clients throughout all project phases to ensure smooth transitions.

The successful candidate will bridge the gap between business and technical teams, solving complex Workday intersystem problems and guiding clients through transformation, implementation, and operation phases of a Workday HCM implementation.
