Due to our awarded project portfolio, we are seeking an experienced **Project Administrator**to join our multidisciplinary team, to successfully deliver a diverse range of projects nationally.

The Project Administrator's primary objectives is to support the operational team of Operations Managers and Project Managers where required.

Based out of our corporate head office in Rhodes you will be responsible for undertaking an array of administrative tasks including:

- Document control
- Manage and book travel arrangements.
- Maintain records and registers related to the project.
- Provides administrative support to the Program Managers
- Prepare information for and contribute to monthly project meetings.
- Support project onboarding requirements for new starters including system access.
- Assist with the approval status of invoices including PO adjustments, working with Project Managers to support month end activities

**ABOUT YOU**
- 5+ years administration experienced, preferably project based
- Experience working in the Construction industry
- Hold a Construction Industry Card (white card) is desirable
- Be a positive can-do attitude, be a team player, self-driven and highly motivated to succeed
- Some travel will be required to project sites on occasion, you must be available to travel interstate.
