**About the Role**
- The team are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator, to manage and coordinate the dynamic work orders and Complex resources to ensure priorities are met, across **Queensland or New South Wales.**
- The Project Coordinator will ensure all service level agreements and key performance indicators are met, from dispatch of work order to its successful closure.
- Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Responsible for the scheduling, assignment & dispatch of all new work items within 24hours of received date/time.
- End to end Jeopardy management (Assigned to Complete) in collaboration with all stakeholders.
- Direct liaison with field personnel and field supervisory personnel as and when required.
- Ensuring the compliance in all Ventia systems, procedures, and policies to achieve desired outcomes in the day-to-day management of our Complex works.
- Assist with the delivery of training of new team members.

**Required Skills and Experience**
- Experience within the telecommunications industry (Specifically nbn) highly regarded
- Experience managing to strict KPIS
- Experience managing multiple tickets of work
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and develop positive relationships.
- A dedicated approach to safety, environmental protection, quality and training.
- The ability to develop a strong team environment through open and honest communication.
