**About The Role**
Reporting to the Resources & Capacity Planning Manager, you will coordinate the planning and resource of a high demanding project ensuring the resources are allocated and utilised in an effective manner across Queensland or New South Wales projects. Ultimately, you will ensure that the desired outcomes of safety, service and cost are achieved, and the customer requirements are met.
- Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Coordinate resources planning and allocations to effectively meet the project’s KPIs.
- Proactively understand the forecasted workforce requirements and coordinate rosters and shifts accordingly.
- Plan for absences (both planned and unplanned) and coordinate replacements within short time frames.
- Mitigating resource concerns by reallocating resources, adjusting goals or assigning additional staff.
- Develop, monitor and evaluate resources performance data, SLAs and progress against KPIs to base decision making and support optimal resources utilisation.
- Develop and maintain networks to ensure effective coordination of information and timely responses to meet project’s strategies and a positive customer experience.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to ensure optimal resources utilisation.
- Ensure all work is undertaken to a compliant standard and in accordance with the client contract.

**About You**
- Background in resource planning, scheduling and labour management preferably within the telecommunications industry for similar (eg: electrical)
- Experience co-ordinating subcontractors and field staff in remote locations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and ensure smooth operation of sites.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience utilising Power BI
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines
