We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee our landscaping projects. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of both residential and commercial landscaping projects, maintaining high-quality standards, and providing leadership to our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate landscaping projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Lead a team of landscaping technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to determine project requirements and resources.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met.
- Oversee equipment usage and maintenance, ensuring safety and efficiency on job sites.
- Monitor project progress, address any issues or delays, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, work orders, and materials inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all job sites.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in landscaping or construction supervision required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
- Knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Experience with project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Ability to read and interpret landscaping plans and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience operating excavators, skid steers, dumpers, or similar equipment is highly desirable.

**Salary**: $40.00 - $58.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to Commute:

- Smithfield, NSW (required)

Ability to Relocate:
