**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of StoneSet resin bound paving installations, including site management and project timelines.
- Work directly with clients to conduct pre-installation surveys and communicate key project details.
- Lead and manage the installation team, supporting both on-site work and office-based planning.
- Document and record all external communications and daily site records in the company CRM.
- Collaborate with health and safety teams to ensure all operations adhere to high standards of safety.
- Support and promote team building and collaboration, fostering a strong, efficient team culture.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Proven experience in contract management, particularly on commercial and residential construction sites.
- Strong understanding of paving and hard landscaping practices.
- Solid administration skills and proficiency with CRM software for tracking project communications and records.
- Leadership ability to manage on-the-road and on-site teams, ensuring smooth project operations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety regulations and a proactive approach to enforcing them.

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Full working rights in Australia with permanent residency.
- Valid White Card for construction site access.
- Full Australian driver’s license.
