Penske Perth is searching for our new **Off-Highway Coordinator,** who will work closely with the Supervisor and Administrator to oversee and manage the activities of the Northwest diesel technicians & the electrical and gas technicians. The primary responsibility of the Off-Highway Coordinator is to ensure the production of high-quality work and meet customer needs. Additionally, the coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate reporting schedules, implementing productivity improvements, and enhancing overall operational efficiency.

**About you**
- Ability to communicate information in a positive and accurate manner, i.e. clear, logical, helpful, prompt, to both clients and fellow employees.
- Customer focused with a strong problem-solving approach.
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can do attitude and a team player essential.
- Excellent customer service skills required.
- Exposure to the industry preferred but not essential.
- Competent computer skills including the demonstrated use of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook/Word/Excel).
