Our** Hazelmere** branch is seeking a new Administrator to join our Off Highway Team. As the **Administrator**, your primary focus will be to deliver exceptional customer service to both external and internal customers and suppliers. You will play a role in providing support to the Off Highway Department. This will involve effectively coordinating service tasks between customers and technicians to ensure the timely completion of all work in progress (WIP).

**The role**:
Resonsbilities will include some of the following;
- Assist with documents for clients, internal requirements and warranty claim preparation.
- Support and guidance to all service.
- Service invoices are checked, matched, coded, approved and receipted into the Operating System's and stored appropriately.
- Raise, maintain and receipt purchase orders and general local purchasing liaising with Electrical and Off Highway Supervisors.
- Assisting in job specific projects such as major commissioning jobs and long term servicing agreements to ensure that invoicing is constant throughout.
- Undertake general clerical duties such as, but not limited to; filing, typing, photocopying.
- Monitor, maintain and order all consumables and organise the maintenance of all office equipment for the department.
- Help monitoring price increases of parts and labour to ensure cost of the final product goes up to match the rises.

- Capable of working without supervision.
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Ability to operate efficiently and accurately, office equipment such as, but not limited to: Printers, PC & Telephone Systems
- Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
