We are working with a well-established global swimwear brand. Their lifestyle collections are designed to inspire everyone to Holiday better
The brand is sold online, in over 30 retail stores, and partnered with leading retailers and hoteliers in the world. They cater to the international traveller, whether it be business or pleasure, and their business is built on relationships with those customers and provides a world-class service.
With offices across the world, they launched over a year ago in Australia and are keen to grow with junior talent passionate about fashion and travel.
**Job description - Customer Success Assistant**
You will be the voice of the brand across Australia as their first customer services advisor in Sydney supporting the Brand Manager. You will play a crucial role in providing a world-class shopping experience to all customers and responding to enquiries. There will be opportunities to build valuable relationships with clients and encourage sales to promote growth in the business.
**Key responsibilities - Customer Success Assistant**
- Answering any questions in a prompt and courteous manner
- Work with warehouses and carriers to ensure customers are receiving the best delivery experience
- Work closely with eCommerce and retail to assist with online shopping journeys
- Establishing long-term relationships with key customers
- Provide product recommendations
- Drive customer engagement and sales opportunities
- Learn how to use ZenDesk and various order management systems
**37.5 hours a week, covering shifts: Monday-Friday: 8am-7pm (8am-5pm OR 10am-7pm)**
**Job requirements - Customer Success Assistant**
- Passionate about fashion
- A love for travel
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Any retail, eCommerce, or Customer Service experience
- Ability to build rapport easily with various stakeholders
- Energetic and enthusiastic person who gets real satisfaction in helping people
- Excellent attention to detail and logical approach to work
- Super organised and good administrative skills
- Tech-savvy - happy to pick up new tech systems
- Desirable experience working with Zendesk or Salesforce - but not essential
