In this Customer Success role, you will join a close-knit friendly team of cyber security experts in Sydney CBD. Very well-established in the Australian market, especially within Government, law enforcement and enterprise-level customers; they are continuing to expand globally.

Working with truly innovative tech, our client has developed a highly secure, cloud-based collaboration platform championed by their customers.

**Job description - Customer Success**
The Customer Success Associate will become an expert in the product, deeply understanding key customer challenges to provide the right solution. It’s the perfect role for a cyber security, technology or computer science graduate passionate about innovative technology and helping solve technical problems.

**Responsibilities of the role - Customer Success**
In this Customer Success role, your duties will include, but not be limited to:

- Hands-on training to understand the technical products inside out
- Attending on-site and online product demonstrations for customers
- Providing technical support pre and post-sales
- Understanding customer needs and assisting with product development
- Liaising with internal teams (e.g Sales and technical teams)
- Preparing sales decks and relevant reports
- Keeping up to date with industry trends

**Requirements of the role -Customer Success**
- Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent technical aptitude
- Passionate about the industry and innovation
- Relevant work experience is a plus
- This role could suit a recent graduate and also someone with experience under their belt in the industry
- A keen problem solver
- Thrives in a small, dynamic team environment
- The ability to build relationships quickly with a variety of stakeholders
