**Your tasks**:

- Develop a requirements list for all future R&S Australia sites including office, warehouse and lab spaces.
- Manage key stakeholders including Board/senior management, legal, premise landlords and trade contractors/service providers.
- Source and engage agent to identify potential new office locations.
- Use your industry knowledge to help us secure cost-effective contracts with reliable contractors and service providers.
- Develop and drive the project plans associated with existing and new premises.
- Oversee the construction and renovation of buildings
- Control space allocation including delivering an ergonomic office layout.
- Maintain facility project budgets.
- Review project expenditure and ensure on-time delivery of projects that remain within the scope of work.
- Oversee the building security requirements and drive the secure room accreditation process.
- Ensure that all buildings meet all relevant federal, state and local building codes.
- Work with relevant internal and external consultants to meet WHS requirements.
- Set up a logistics management system and roll out across all offices.

**Your qualifications**:

- Experience working in a warehouse.
- Experience working in a lab environment.
- Experience gaining secure room accreditation as well as understanding how to build/renovate a secure room.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comprehensive security experience and ideally in Defence.
- Project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
