ABOUT THE ROLE

**Key Responsibilities will include**:

- End-to-end events experience: Masterfully plan, set-up, deliver, market, and gather post-event feedback to ensure unforgettable experiences.
- Daily review of regional mail inboxes: Proactively respond to queries and cases, providing exceptional service.
- Administrative tasks: Seamlessly manage event-related admin duties with efficiency and precision.
- Member Connect calls: Actively engage with members, addressing their needs and building strong relationships.

You are a tech-savvy professional with a proven track record in event planning and execution. You are meticulous and detail-oriented, able to handle various tasks with precision and care. You possess a positive and proactive attitude and can work independently to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
