We are looking for a dynamic and experienced IT Program Manager to join our growing team and work on a large multi-year portfolio of work with our client and their delivery partners contributing to the establishment of services.

As a Program Manager, you will provide strategic leadership, where you will spearhead multiple IT programs and projects from conception to completion, ensuring they align with our strategic vision and objectives. You'll be responsible for master planning by developing and meticulously maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to keep our initiatives on track and within scope.

Coordination and collaboration are vital in this role. You'll orchestrate internal resources and third-party vendors to achieve seamless project execution, fostering a collaborative environment that drives success. Your focus on on-time delivery will ensure all projects are delivered within scope and budget, showcasing your exceptional project management skills.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in leading and managing multiple IT programs and projects from initiation through completion.
- Demonstrated ability to establish a methodology (Prince2) and good PMO practices in a developing PMO/organisation.
- Experience managing projects/programs in the healthcare sector
- Strong and proven vendor and senior stakeholder management experience including strong negotiation skills.
- Proven working experience developing high-quality integrated schedules and work plans with significant financial management experience.
- Higher education sector and/or mergers & acquisition experience desirable.
- Program Management Certification (E.g. AIPM ‐ Certified Practicing Project Director, PMI ‐ PMP)
- Agile Certification (e.g. SAFe)
