We have partnered with a client based in Perth CBD to find their next Accounts Support Officer.

**Your new company**
Our client is looking for a driven and adaptable Accounts Support Officer to assist with a hybrid of administration and accounts receivable work responsibilities. The role is based centrally in Perth CBD with easy access via public transport. The role would require an immediate start with assignment length of minimum 3-months. Extension possibilities will be available for the right person.

**Your new role**
As an Accounts Support Officer your responsibilities will include:

- Meet and greet visitors at front desk
- Monitor and order stationery for finance team
- Debt management
- Checking & recording cheques
- Iproc invoice processing

**What you'll need to succeed**
Experience and knowledge in the following is essential:

- Oracle system knowledge
- Basic spreadsheet skills
- Data entry management
- Previous exposure to Accounts Receivable role
- PBRC system (desirable)

Our client is also offering training where necessary and you will be provided handover from current employee in the role.
