An exciting opportunity to join an Oil and Gas company in Perth's CBD.

**Your new company**

Is within the Oil and Gas sector. They are currently looking for an Accounts Officer to join their Finance team of 6, reporting to the CFO. They are located in Perth CBD with excellent facilities.

**Your new role**
- Process invoice data entry in an accounting system (SAP)
- Process employees’ reimbursement claims and assist employees with their queries
- Review purchase requisitions & issue purchase orders
- Process project cash call payments and relevant procedures
- Process invoice issuing and manage accounts receivable
- Manage cash movement in all bank accounts
- Prepare general ledger reconciliations for assigned accounts/entities
- Undertakes other related tasks and duties as assigned by VP Finance

**What you'll need to succeed**

In order to be successful, you will have previous experience in an Accounts Officer position within a similar industry. Ideally, you will have experience with SAP or another large EPR system. You will also have high attention to detail and good analytical skills.
