**The Company**

Our client is a progressive organisation looking for an Accounts Officer on a permanent, full-time basis to join their team in Perth's CBD. This role is based in Perth focusing on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and general transactional Administration to support the Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised professional to work for a growing and ambitious company, with the opportunity to upskill and have great career growth.

**The Role**

***Your fit within the role will be dependent on your experience with key responsibilities including:

- Accounts Payable processing high volume of 2000+ invoices per month
- Accounts Receivable processing including overseas USD transactions
- Experience using Pronto highly beneficial, but not essential
- Daily Bank reconciliations for multiple accounts
- Credit Card reconciliations
- Supporting with end of month processing
- Supporting with Cashflow management ensuring all Accounts are recorded accurately
- Produce Accounts reports ie Aged Debtors list, Moneys Expected
- General administration including maintaining supplier files, updating databases
- Resolving any invoice queries.

**Your Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in a Transactional Accounts role.
- Forward-thinking skills in MS Excel.
- Client focus to provide excellent service to business partners.
- Strong communication skills to maintain positive working relationships with a variety of suppliers.
- Exceptional attention to detail and an inquisitive, problem-solving mind.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills, whilst focusing on attention to detail whilst under pressure.

**About you**

To be successful in the role, you will be someone with who has experiencing working in transactional Accounting and have an enthusiastic and helpful attitude to help with ad-hoc tasks. You are highly organised, detail oriented, and have a sense of urgency to complete tasks promptly but accurately. You will be agile in your working endeavours and be able to think of your feet and solve problems as they arise. You will also be an exceptional communicator on all levels, have a strong work ethic and have the ability to work autonomously within a dynamic environment. Great Excel skills won't go a miss either
