**About the Role**

This role is based at our Volkswagen Group Australia (VGA) Chullora site, supporting one of the most prestigious automotive brands in the world.**

We are seeking a hands-on and experienced **Warehouse Manager** to lead operations at our Volkswagen Chullora facility. This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring high standards in inventory, despatch, and receiving, while maintaining compliance with Volkswagen’s global operational standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead daily warehouse operations with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Manage and support supervisors across inventory, despatch, and receiving.
- Maintain compliance with VGA’s global standards and ISO requirements.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Drive performance and continuous improvement across all warehouse functions.
- Support operational demands and ensure timely delivery of parts and accessories in accordance with VGA’s Quality Standards

**What We’re Looking For**
- 5-15 years of experience in warehouse management, ideally in automotive, transport, or FMCG sectors.
- Proven leadership in medium to large warehouse environments (50+ staff).
- Strong working knowledge of SAP, ISO standards, and inventory/quality systems.
- Forklift licence (preferred).
- A collaborative, down-to-earth leader who thrives on the warehouse floor.
- Ability to hit the ground running and adapt to a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
