Join a leading Australian manufacturer and supplier of pharmaceuticals as their Warehouse Manager.

**Your new company**
Your new company is an industry leader in the manufacturing and supply of pharmaceutical products, including skincare and vitamins. Located in the Northern Beaches region of Sydney, they are seeking a passionate and experienced Warehouse Manager to join their established operation on a permanent basis.

**Your new role**
As the Warehouse Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the warehouse operation, including receiving, distribution and inventory functions. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will lead a team of 20 direct reports. Your duties will include:

- Measure and report on the effectiveness of warehouse activities and employee performance
- Manage and organize inventory areas
- Determine staffing levels and assign workload to the warehouse team
- Actively participate in the development & improvement of current processes within the warehouse
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and deadline KPIs.
- Working with and communicating proactively with various departments & stakeholders.
- Supervise, train and mentor the warehouse team

**What you'll need to succeed**
As a successful Warehouse Manager, you will have previous experience as a Warehouse Manager, as well as the following:

- Expertise in warehouse management procedures, preferably in a Pharmaceutical or FMCG environment
- A proven record in successfully managing medium sized teams.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, shipping and receiving
- A strong focus on continuous improvement strategies and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to speak Mandarin preferred

**What you'll get in return**
