For our corporate site located at Sydney International Airport we are looking for a Warehouse Manager. The Warehouse Manager is in charge of leading the warehouse team and ensuring the day to day warehousing duties are carried out to a high stand including accurate inventory management, reporting and will also ensure KPIs are met in line with business objectives and targets. The Warehouse Manager will be a driver of safe work practices and promote a safety culture within the business.**Warehouse Manager**

Your new job includes
- Managing and leading 3PL warehouse day to day operations
- Day to day operations and productivity outcomes, including achieving targets & KPI’s
- Meeting operational budgets for the cost center
- Oversight of Internal process audits, inventory and stock control
- Focus on highest standards of customer service and internal stake holders at controlled cost
- Continuous improvement initiatives
- OH&S including WHS audits, risk assessments and staff refresher training
- Site security and backup support for emergency situations

What you should bring along
- 5 years’ experience in warehouse management with a industry leading 3PL provider.
- Experience with warehouse automation.
- Handling inbound and outbound, and overall inventory movement
- Strong knowledge and experience of IT systems, such as MS Office, SAP, ERP systems and INCOTERMS
- Managing and building stakeholder relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, data-driven & good data analysis skill
- Excellent organization, collaboration and communication skills, service and teamwork oriented, strong sense of responsibility;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
