Full time permanent position, based in Wacol - Develop and maintain a responsive and efficient logistics operation. - Focus on delivering the best outcome for customers. **As a Logistics Coordinator you will**: - Oversee the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of incoming and outgoing goods & ensuring quality controls are adhered to and timeframes met. - Monitor storage and inventory systems to meet supply requirements and control stock levels. - Provide backup assistance to the Site Manager. - Review and investigate sources of supply to maximise efficiency in terms of delivery times and develops alternatives where necessary. - Commit to working within Endeavour Foundation’s Work, Health and Safety policies and procedures and contribute to our aspiration of Zero Harm in the workplace. **What you will bring to the role** - Logistics experience - Ability to solve problems - Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Experience in a food manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment would be highly regarded - Strong computer literacy skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Fork lift ticket (desirable) - Certificate IV in Warehouse Management (desirable) **About Endeavour Foundation Industries (EFI)** - Endeavour Foundation’s Work Portfolio operates over 30 commercial operations across the Eastern seaboard covering a diverse product mix, predominantly in Packaging, Document Destruction, Recycling and Manufacturing to commercial customers - Our EFI operations provides supported employment opportunities for people with disability who want to achieve personal employment outcomes aligned to their NDIS plan. **How can you join Endeavour Foundation?** Please note, before commencing with Endeavour Foundation and should you be successful, you will be required to undertake a **“Fit2Work” National Criminal History Check**, a positive **Blue Card** and a **NDIS Worker Screening Card.*** Additionally, in line with the direction from the State Government, all authorised workers defined under the Queensland Public Health Order are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
