The Equipment team is responsible for fleet acquisitions, fleet management, international maintenance and continuous improvement so that Toll can continue to provide service quality.

Central Administration Coordinator - Wacol

Toll Group Equipment division is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Central Administration Coordinator to support our internal fleet maintenance activities. To provide the administration support required for efficient operation of fleet delivery, supplier maintenance, and administration maintenance activities. This role requires good communication skills with Managers, Supervisors, Equipment Operators and Internal Staff.

This position will work Monday - Friday - 8:00am - 4:00pm

Your Duties & Responsibilities as the Central Administration Coordinator:
- Coordinating and providing internal business units with essential operation information for new fleet delivery. Including but not limited to, fuel cards, eTag’s, and preferred supplier details.- Maintenance of the internal systems regarding to 3rd party suppliers, ensuring cross-system data integrity.- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities in the system, including purchase orders & work orders.- Liaising with external suppliers and service providers to ensure data integrity and up-to-date records.- Supporting the maintenance team with data entry, reporting, compliance and general administrative tasks.- Updating Fleet Management Systems and communicating with internal stakeholders to ensure all information is being passed on.- Monitoring maintenance costs and expenses, identifying opportunities for cost savings.
