We are looking for people with some experience in Asphalt works to train in our level control system. The Paving Technician ideally will be an asphalt specialist with experience in Level Control Systems for Paving Machines. Pavesmart, Paveset, Moba, 3D Paving Systems, Leica, Trimble.

Previous experience desired but not essential.

Full training will be provided in Synergy Asphalt Paving techniques. Training in Engineering Survey GPS and Robotics will also be provided for Paving technicians who have an aptitude for learning and career development.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Liaise on a daily basis with site supervisors and engineering staff
- Asphalt Paving Machine control using our proprietary PaveSmart system
- Installing control networks

Preferred Knowledge and Skills Base
- Level-Hand experience an advantage
- Roadworks experience - knowledge of road construction materials and practices would be an advantage.

The successful applicant must be able to work independently, display attention to detail, be physically fit and have strong communication skills to liaise with clients and the Synergy Operations Manager on a daily basis.
