Join a large scale Federal Government Department as Technical Service Delivery Manager

**Please Note: You must have an active NV1 AGSVA security clearance in order to be selected for this position.**

**Your new company**

This large scale, core Federal Government Agency based in Tuggeranong ACT is currently looking for 2 x Technical Service Delivery Managers to join their Infrastructure and Operations Division in order to support the delivery of various M365 and Cyber Uplift projects.

**Your new role**

You'll oversee all aspects of project delivery by managing budget, scope and schedule whilst maintaining a high level of key stakeholder engagement and guiding relevant projects through project delivery. A Cyber Security and ICT Infrastructure background is an essential requirement for this role. Day to day, you'll be responsible for:

- Maintain visibility of project work, track progress and adhere to strict quality and change management process.
- Manage resource capacity in the Project team, Risk Management and undertake project planning and execution for complex cybersecurity-focused programs.
- Establish and continuously improve the project lifecycle, including engagement and collaboration across all areas to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide technical guidance, and effectively communicate the progress and status of projects.

**What you'll need to succeed**

**_ Essential_**
- Minimum 3 + years knowledge and experience implementing the Australian Signals Directorate (ASD) Essential Eight and the applicable Information Security Manual controls to achieve Maturity Level One in a complex ICT Environment, and/or Significant knowledge and experience implementing the Microsoft 365 product suite or similar digital transformation projects in a complex ICT Environment.
- Minimum 3 + years’ experience and knowledge in delivering Cyber Security and assurance projects, including managing project scope, schedule, budget constraints and providing support to clear issues blocking delivery.

Desirable_**
- Experience working with and influencing internal and external stakeholders and partners to minimise the organisation's change impact in order to successfully implement Cybersecurity mitigation.
- Proven track record in leading technical teams and managing cross-disciplinary technical programs, from project definition to product delivery/demonstration.
- Experience in the management of Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server Operating Systems environments.
- Personal resilience and flexibility to deal with ambiguity and conflicting priorities to successfully deliver under pressure within a challenging environment.
