As the Technical Services Delivery Manager you will be overseeing all aspects of project delivery by managing budget, scoping and schedule whilst maintaining a high level of key stakeholder engagement and guiding relevant projects through project delivery.

Cyber Security and Infrastructure background is an essential requirement for this role.

**Duties Include**:

- Maintain visibility of project work, track progress and adhere to strict quality and change management processes.
- Manage resource capacity in the Project team and risk Management and undertake project planning and execution for complex cybersecurity-focused programs of work.
- Establish and continuously improve the project lifecycle, including engagement and collaboration across all areas to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide technical guidance, and effectively communicate the progress and status of projects.

**Mandatory Criteria**
- Minimum 3 + years of knowledge and experience implementing Essential Eight and the applicable Information Security Manual controls to achieve Maturity Level One in a complex ICT Environment, and/or Significant knowledge and experience implementing the Microsoft 365 product suite or similar digital transformation projects in a complex ICT Environment.
- Minimum 3 + years of experience and knowledge in delivering Cyber Security and assurance projects, including managing project scope, schedule, and budget constraints and providing support to clear issues blocking delivery
- Experience working with and influencing internal and external stakeholders and partners to minimise the organisational change impact to successfully implement Cyber Security mitigations
- Proven track record in leading technical teams and managing cross-disciplinary technical programs, from project definition to product delivery/demonstration.
- Experience in the management of Microsoft Windows Personal resilience and flexibility to deal with ambiguity and conflicting priorities to successfully deliver under pressure within a challenging environment.
