**Your New Role**
Leidos has been engaged by Defence to provide a leading cyber security capability for the environments that our deployed military personnel rely on. The team develops and delivers key cyber security services to directly support the Department’s mission.
To assist us in delivering outstanding results we are seeking a highly motivated Service Delivery Manager. This varied and interesting role provides an exciting opportunity to perform crucial high value work to support and protect our personnel in the Australian Defence Forces. As the Service Delivery Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Ensure services are delivered appropriately in a rapidly moving environment in accordance with the statement of work
- Provide accurate and regular reports to the Operations Manager on overall performance and system health
- Build strong relationships with teams, stakeholders and partners to enable effective dialogue and collaboration
- Resolve any roadblocks real-time through negotiation and other soft skills
- Ensure the customer is satisfied
- Liaise with other team members to de-conflict priorities across the environments
- Translate technical challenges into business challenges for dissemination into the business
- Recommend short term and longer term continuous service improvements and corrective actions in a timely manner
- Professional development of team members
**Qualifications**:
**About You and What You'll Bring**
You have a few year’s experience in a similar role, ideally in an outsourced environment and looking for your next career step.
- You will need to be pragmatic, flexible and able to negotiate with a variety of teams
- You will need to communicate effectively and advocate on behalf of the customer
- You will be comfortable developing/updating process documentation
- You will have solid problem solving skills
- You will have a proactive attitude
- You will have a basic understanding of Cybersecurity (desirable)
- You will have Defence or large enterprise experience (desirable)
**_ This role does require the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen and hold an NV-2 security clearance._**
