**Your new company**

This large Federal Government Department is seeking an APS5 and an APS6 Policy Officer for a labour hire contract until the end of the financial year with a possibility of an extension.

**Your new role**

In this role, you will work in a team environment to assist in the review and implementation of policy by contributing to a range of activities such as stakeholder meetings, development of policy papers and amendments to legislation. You will prepare draft briefing papers, Ministerial correspondence, Ministerial Information Requests, meeting minutes, and other documents to a high standard.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To succeed in this role, you will be able to demonstrate experience at the APS5 or APS6 level within a policy role. You will have excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
