**What We’re Looking For**

**THE ROLE**
- Working with us, the responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

- Lead the design process for our digital products and platforms, from concept to launch, ensuring that user needs, and business goals are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and healthcare professionals, to create innovative and user-centred solutions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, ensuring that they adhere to established design principles and guidelines.
- Present and communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusivity in design practices, ensuring our products and services meet the needs of diverse user groups.
- Continuously analyse user data and industry trends to inform and improve the overall user experience.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- Contribute to a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

**Qualifications AND Experience required.**

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Design, or a related field

You will have:

- Minimum 3 years current experience in product design and user experience design, with a focus on digital products and platforms (mobile and web).
- Proven experience in designing for healthcare or a related industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, user-centred design approach, and visual design skills.
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch or similar.
- Experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Passion for creating innovative, accessible, and user-friendly healthcare solutions.

This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week with an immediate start.
