About The Role

We are currently seeking a motivated early career administrative coordinator or assistant to join our Premises & Procurement team in Sydney on a part-time, 3 day per week basis.

This role will support the national Premises & Procurement team with the coordination of premises activities and projects, procurement processes, travel booking coordination and general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities- Assist the premises and facilities team with project management of fit-outs, building related facilities issues and contractor management- Assist the Senior Procurement Adviser with our procurement system workflow and user on-boarding process, user enquiries and administration- Processing client and contractor invoices and expenses- Diary management and coordinating travel bookings and arrangements- General administrative tasks including filing, reporting and data entry.

Position Requirements- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel) as well as Adobe Acrobat- Strong attention to detail- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders- Prior experience in a corporate office environment would be preferred, but is not essential.
