**The opportunity**
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Workplace Operations & Guest Relations you will be the lead facilities Manager for AMPS, supporting the delivery of the workplace experience across 9 floors.
The focus of this role is split across stakeholder engagement building strong connections with the business and EA community, and vendor management of key contracts and relationships. Within the Workplace Experience team there is exposure to projects, relocations, and community elements alongside budgeting and data reporting.
**How you will make an impact**
- Ensure the Workplace and Experience is maintained to the design brief
- Work with the Design and Change Team to optimise the workplace and experience through identification, rectification of issues and implementation of opportunities and practice campaigns
- Establish effective relationships with the EA/PA network and key stakeholders to provide effective feedback mechanisms which ensure value and service in the delivery and support of the workplace and experience
- Provide support and insights to the colocation strategy and planning process for the resident groups
- Ensure compliance with all security and safety standards and protocols
- Contractor management of suppliers and partners
- The management and reporting of incidents, repairs & maintenance
**What you will bring to the role**
- Broad understanding of Facilities Management (FM) operations with experience in a facilities management environment managing commercial premises
- Excellent customer-focus with the ability to build excellent relationships with external and internal stakeholder
- Experience in the management and operation of vendors to achieve desirable outcomes
- Exceptional attention to detail and methodical follow-through
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills
- Proven team player with ability to work with little supervision
- Budgeting experience would be well regarded
