Our Digital Marketing team are on a mission to find an experienced, innovative and data driven CRM Specialist to drive our customer relationship strategy for ASICS Australia. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication with our Australian audience, while providing the wider business with reports and actionable insights to drive brand performance.

- Developing and executing CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention
- Managing customer segmentation, targeting, and personalised efforts for effective communication
- Utilising CRM tools to maintain accurate customer database and ensure data integrity
- Manage the CRM reporting suite, providing actionable insights to relevant stakeholders
- Reviewing and optimising existing member journeys, and develop new customer journeys to ultimately drive customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and conversion
- Creating customer journey maps to enhance the end-to-end experience across various touch points
- Developing and implementing A/B testing to optimise campaign effectiveness
- Supporting with CRM related projects by setting up infrastructures in SMC, supporting with CRM data and collaborating with Global teams

**That’s enough about us Here’s what we’d like to see from you**:
- Minimum 3 years of previous experience in a CRM or similar role
- Prior experience with a Retail or Ecommerce brand is advantageous
- Experience analysing customer behavioural data with deep segmentation experience
- Experience in using Google Analytics, and Salesforce platforms
- A proven record in effectively collaborating with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Energetic and flexible individual who is accustomed to working in a fast paced and agile marketing environment
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines, ensuring accuracy and quality is not compromised
- An accountable, collaborative, self-driven approach to work
