**About The Role**

This is a new and exciting role for an innovative, agile and tech savvy Product Manager with experience optimising and / or developing Fin
- tech products. Reporting to both the Managing Director and CTO, this role provides ample freedom to harness your creativity and let you get back to what you do best - understanding customer needs and designing and launching best of breed products to support them

The following three core deliverables are a critical component of this role:
1. Optimise the current Birchal platform in the context of Birchal’s expanding service offering

2. Expediate the launch of our new shareholders reporting tool (currently in Alpha and Beta stages)

3. Support the development and launch of our newest service offering ‘Birchal Trade’ (currently in pilot phase)

Once these key deliverables are met the next exciting challenges include breaking into new markets, working on MVPs to achieve further scalability, expanding Birchal’s self-service capabilities and developing and enhancing communication tools to ultimately provide further growth and leverage for Birchal.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Guiding the planning and design of Birchal's product roadmap
- Helping to prioritise product features with PRD's and communicating them to stakeholders
- Working with customers and stakeholders to understand business requirements
- Deliver marketing requirement documents (MRD's) for the marketing strategies for each product
- Running alpha, beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and proof-of-concepts
- Working directly with the product owner to manage product delivery timeframes
- Defining and tracking product success metrics
- Performing product demonstrations for customers
- Acting as a product leader within Birchal

**Requirements**:
**About You**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Proven work experience in a dynamic Product Management role, preferably as a Product Manager for 3+ years
- Experience working with SaaS products and programming languages such as JavaScript
- UX/UI experience
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies & effectively communicate recommendations to management
- Solid technical background with understanding & hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills & willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job
- Highly effective at cross-functional team management
- Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Exceptional product sense

**Preferred Skills and Experience**
- MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Design or equivalent preferred
- Experience building Fintech products with an investor focus
- Worked with globally distributed cross-functional teams
- Eye for design
