Gtm and Sales Activation Coordinator

**The opportunity**
As the Go-To-Market (GTM) & Sales Activation Coordinator, you will be accountable for the delivery of go to market programs across International & Corporate (I&C), including mandatory and product updates and tender management; as well as coordinating Bupa high quality presence at client events across I&C. You will work closely with the sales team to support in the delivery of high-quality sales tools.
Alongside more general administrative requirements, you will also support the Strategy and GTM team with regard to budget and invoice management. To be successful in this role, you must be able to manage multiple complex programs of work with several stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
This is a Permanent Full-Time opportunity and is based in Melbourne with flexible hybrid work option.
**How will I help?**
Key accountabilities include:
- Coordinate Bupa presence at client activation events across I & C
- Support activities/initiatives within the sales team including but not limited to delivery of high-quality sales tool, coordinate Bupa client activation event calendar
- Coordinate and execute mandatory and product updates
- Support the delivery of tenders working alongside the Senior Operations Manager
- Ensure effective support and management of the GTM roadmap and quarterly playbook
- Ad hoc tasks and projects as required within the Strategy and GTM team including but not limited to supporting strategic hub initiatives, updating internal communications, invoice and budget management.

**What do I need?**
- Must have Sales experience and strong understanding of sales activation and proven ability to provide the sales teams with tools and insights to succeed
- Marketing experience is highly regarded
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience in composing a wide range of effective papers and presentations targeted to differing audiences
- High ability to produce content in MS PowerPoint and Excel
- Confidence in liaising with people at all levels with strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Well-developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work effectively
- Strong customer centric focus
