About the Role
The Associate Director - Go To Market (GTM) Strategy and Planning is responsible for managing and orchestrating a GTM approach to Datacom’s portfolio of services and products, driving lead generation and customer acquisition. The role will lead Datacom’s GTM Group strategy and planning across Australia and New Zealand.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Demonstrated ability to manage complex matrix products and services portfolio organisations requiring first hand of GTM strategy and orchestration across sales, proposition and marketing teams.
- Knowledge of building GTM initiatives founded on strategic investments across multiple value propositions
- Leadership in the development of market-focused GTM plans with an understanding of proposition planning.
- Broad and deep understanding of marketing and sales strategy, operations and related technology industry dependencies.
- Demonstrated ability to implement long-term, customer-centred and data-driven strategies to obtain commercial results.

**What you’ll do**:

- Provide leadership and and orchestrate a GTM approach to Datacom’s portfolio of services and products, driving lead generation and growth.
- Establish an aligned approach to GTM in conjunction with Sales, Marketing, Partner Management, Proposition and Market Strategy teams.
- Lead the day-to-day GTM Hub strategy across Markets and Lines of Business relating to GTM operations and governance, ensuring that planning and orchestration of a GTM strategy is delivered.
