**Your new company**

I am pleased to be working with leading automotive organisation who wish to recruit an Employee Engagement Specialist to support their People and Culture team with an upcoming project.

**Your new role**

The project will focus on the design, analysis, and implementation of a company-wide employee engagement survey. Your key responsibilities in this role will be to utilise Culture Amp to design and roll out the survey, increasing employee participation, effectively analysing results, and making recommendations to management.

You will work closely with the wider People & Culture team, as well as a range of internal and external stakeholders.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience with the development of employee engagement surveys
- Previous experience with the analysis of results, and implementation of actions based on employee engagement surveys
- Ability to work with influence, with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage a project from end to end, ensuring that key milestones are met in a timely manner
- Experience or knowledge of the automotive industry would be desirable but is not essential
