**In this Consultant role, you will**:

- Provide communications advice and expertise on behalf of Personal Bank to support colleagues and Brokers
- Prepare communications plans to support the effective delivery of change and engagement initiativesProduce communications to empower colleagues and Brokers to understand change (the what and the how) as well as the why. Developing key messages and writing articles for external B2B and internal newsletters, eDMs, and intranet hubs.
- Design and distribute newsletters, eDMs and pricing announcements for NAB Broker and Advantedge
- Manage content approval with the appropriate stakeholders
- Deliver to and work within tight deadlines, while juggling multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of communications

**What you’ll bring**
- 5+ years in an internal, change or external communications role
- Experience communicating complex messages to large audiences
- Understanding of SharePoint and Adobe desirable
- Ability to be highly organised and able to prioritise and multi-task and ability to be a self-starter and work well as part of a team
- Strong written and oral communication skills and capacity to develop communications plans
