**The Opportunity**

The
**Senior Functional Consultant - SAP HCM/SuccessFactors/Payrol**l is an opportunity to provide consulting services and solution leadership to customers through fresh-thinking, high performance and commitment to quality. You will contribute to, and support Tambla Business Services initiatives through function support to new and existing customers.

**Consulting - Liaise with customers in building strong rapport & business value**
- Configure, support and implement SAP HCM, SuccessFactors and Payroll services and solutions
- Support project and release phases through system and integration testing, user acceptance testing and regression testing
- Perform SAP configuration as a certified SAP associate
- Create and maintain documentation as per Tambla and SAP quality standards
- Work within multi-functional team to deliver SAP customer benefit realisation

**The Person**

You will understand the current business processes and future business flow of an organisation and deliver an integrated information system solution to meet business needs. You’re a
**problem solver** with a focus on the bigger picture with the need to deliver against a plan. You will be collaborative in your style and have demonstrated ability to communicate across functional teams with the knowledge of
**SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), SuccessFactors Talent **modules and
**Employee Central Payroll (ECP)**. You will also have a strong context across

**Skills and Experience**
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience as an SAP HCM consultant.
- Working knowledge of Australian HR compliance requirements.
- Solid functional knowledge of Payroll, Time Management, Leave Management, Organisation Management & Personnel Administration (SAP), Recruitment & Onboarding
- Experienced support in leading UAT, Training, Data Migration, and Cutover.
- Demonstrated success with quality implementation outcomes
- Health / Public Sector industry experience is ideal.
