Divisional Coordination and Engagement Lead

THE ROLE
The Divisional Coordination and Engagement Lead will manage the workflow of information and all requests within the Office of the Executive Director. The role will coordinate and monitor a high volume of significant and urgent matters submitted to the Executive Director for consideration and approval to determine the necessary priorities, approval methods and ensure the necessary follow up action as required.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
- Provide a range of high level and effective executive support functions for the Office of the Executive Director, including accurately managing the office's events diary, providing quality administrative support to committees, working groups and meetings; and the coordinating of reports, briefings and correspondence on sensitive and complex matters.
- Arrange meetings and conferences, including liaising and consulting with ministers' offices, Secretary's office, senior leadership, other government and non-government organisations and external clients, coordinating papers, organising venues, agendas, taking minutes and follow up actions and making travel and accommodation arrangements.
