NEPEAN Building & Infrastructure (a division of NEPEAN) represents iconic brands - Galintel®, Weldlok® and Galserv® which services industries across Civil, Architectural, Mining, Construction and Galvanising.

**Our Opportunity**

To support our ongoing growth, our Weldlok team are seeking an Account Manager to maintain and build relationships with an assigned group of customers, seek new customers and grow our sales locations over WA. This position is a full-time permanent opportunity based in Belmont, WA.

Duties may include:

- Service current accounts and develop new accounts to meet sales targets.
- Proactively assessing, clarify and validating customer needs.
- Meet customer needs and expectations through your coordination of company personnel, support services and management.
- Create short
- and long-term sales strategies to forecast and meet customer needs.
- Growth of sales outside the WA metro area (travel required)

**The Right Person**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an internal or external sales environment.
- Previous experience within steel, manufacturing or construction industry.
- Proven ability to develop new business relationships and juggle a varying portfolio of customers.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed individual and team targets.
- Valid Australian Driver’s License.
- Flexibility to travel (WA based)
