**What will you do?**

The Head of Enterprise Transformation is a critical leadership role responsible for executing enterprise-wide transformation programs that drive Ryman's business strategy. This includes _Fit for the Future (FFTF)_ and other strategic initiatives. You will centrally drive and govern transformational change across all business units, ensuring a consistent approach that delivers value for our residents, our team members, and our shareholders.

Working closely with senior leaders and directly supporting the Senior Executive Team (SET), you will shape complex strategic questions and take them through to execution, embedding sustainable change and delivering measurable results.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Lead the design, execution and governance of enterprise-wide transformation programmes
- Drive alignment across business units, ensuring initiatives are prioritised and tracked to deliver value
- Embed transformation governance frameworks and data-driven decision-making practices
- Oversee change management, stakeholder engagement and benefit realisation
- Provide executive reporting, escalation support and strategic performance oversight
- Build internal capability for sustainable change agility and continuous improvement

You likely come from one of the following backgrounds:

- ** Management Consulting** - Big 4, strategy firms, or internal consulting teams
- ** Corporate Strategy or Transformation** - Experience leading digital/operational change
- ** General Management or Commercial Leadership** - Proven delivery of P&L impact and cross-functional leadership
- ** Program or Project Delivery** - Track record of managing complex, high-value transformation projects
- ** Private Equity or M&A Integration** - Skilled in value creation and performance improvement

**Skills and experience you bring**:

- Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation programmes
- Strong commercial instincts with the ability to assess value and drive fact-based decisions
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and executive teams
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and change management capabilities
- Skilled in structured communication, tracking transformation impact, and embedding change
- Adept at coaching others while staying hands-on in delivery
