Asahi Beverages has recently established a new, dedicated Group Transformation team with the mandate and accountability to drive the enterprise-wide transformation of the business - with the simple intent of unlocking the full potential of the business through the acceleration of our strategy.

Reporting to the Transformation Director you will be part of the team responsible for orchestrating and delivering the one transformational agenda across the entire business and we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Head of Finance Transformation to join us.

You will lead a team of two Finance Managers and be accountable for ensuring the overall program is robustly implemented and managed. In addition, you will also manage the alignment, organisation, and communication of all transformation finance activities.

Other **Key Responsibilities **Include:

- Giving Transformation Director, Chief Transformation Officer and ELT assurance that the portfolio of initiatives is meeting certain transformation financial parameters
- Provide “one source of truth” for reporting and tracking purposes, providing appropriate visibility to the Finance Senior Leadership and CFO
- Review and sign-off on the organisation’s largest business cases to ensure financial rigor and discipline has been consistently applied
- Identifying, scoping & managing incremental value creation opportunities across the group
- Partnering with Business Divisions & Functions to coach on financial rigor, resolve issues or realise opportunities
- Lead and own the SPOC view for all Finance Transformation activities across the five workstreams
- Communicating the transformation financial progress - leading this engagement with the GFLT

You’re a highly strategic leader with the ability to influence cross-functionally, drive organisational change and successfully manage multiple priorities.

In addition, you have:

- Tertiary Accounting qualified plus CPA / CA
- Significant commercial experience in accounting and finance roles
- Experience in senior management finance roles in a large corporate environment
- A proven background in a large scale, matrixed FMCG organisation or similar industry
- Demonstrated experience in change and project management
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive and senior business management.
