**The Role**

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team on an ongoing full time basis. Working collaboratively within our Facilities and Maintenance team, the role will support the day to day operations of the College, predominately at our Richmond campus.

The position will be responsible for various tasks throughout the day, from the movement of deliveries, through to basic repair and general maintenance.

**_ Please note the movement of furniture via stairwells will be a frequent task._**

**About You**

You have previous experience in a similar role and understand the accountability of ensuring facilities are maintained in a safe and presentable condition at all times. With strong organizational skills, you present a professional and positive demeanor with a solutions orientated mindset.
