**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a Learning Support Officer (LSO) to join our collaborative and dynamic team. In this role you will be responsible in supporting staff and students during classes in a timely and professional manner.

Your knowledge of Learning Diversity or skills/experience have provided you with the tools and confidence in recommending and supporting students, in consultation with case managers.

Providing 1:1 support to students to develop and enhance their skills as well as in small group settings will also be expected.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Liaising with teachers and the Learning Diversity team on their child's specific learning needs, and be accountable for reviewing and interpreting results.
- Keeping accurate records of support
- Attending PSG meetings
- Taking minutes when required

**About You**:
You have the ability to work collaboratively and energetically within a dynamic organisation, by being proactive, demonstrating initiative and a willingness to accept responsibility.
