**Part-Time Marketing Coordinator (Melbourne-Based / Hybrid)**

We're The Australian Natural Soap Company — a small but mighty team creating natural, cruelty-free, plastic-free skincare with a loyal and growing customer base in Australia and beyond. We’re looking for a **Marketing Coordinator** to support our digital and e-commerce efforts.

This is a **part-time role**, perfect for someone early in their marketing career who’s hungry to learn, has solid digital know-how, and is excited to be part of a values-driven, Australian-made brand.

**What you’ll do**:

- Assist in setting up and updating Klaviyo flows (we’ll train you — we just need curiosity and logic).
- Help create and schedule organic content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok — based on our content plan.
- Upload and manage product listings across Shopify, Amazon, and Faire (our wholesale platforms).
- Work closely with our Digital Growth Manager and Founder to execute campaigns and maintain our marketing calendar.
- Liaise with freelancers and creatives (including video editors) to help bring campaigns to life.
- Learn to interpret basic campaign performance data — and contribute ideas for optimisation.

**Training & Growth**:
You’ll receive **hands-on training in cutting-edge digital marketing frameworks**, including:

- Meta ads campaign structure and strategy
- Klaviyo automations and segmentation
- Shopify backend and e-commerce merchandising
- Organic content planning and social scheduling
- Working with performance data to improve ROI

**About you**:

- You’re organised, reliable, and thrive with structure and direction.
- You’re interested in natural skincare, ethical business, and small brand hustle.
- You’re not afraid of tech — ideally familiar with Shopify and/or Klaviyo, or willing to get up to speed quickly.
- You’re a team player who communicates clearly, asks questions, and takes feedback well.
- You’re excited to grow with a small team and take on more responsibility as your skills grow.
- You have a marketing degree or equivalent (or your in the final stages of acquiring one)

**Bonus points if you have**:

- Experience with Meta Ads Manager or any performance marketing platforms.
- Canva and CapCut skills for basic content editing.
- Familiarity with project management tools

**Details**:

- **Location**: Based in or near Melbourne. Some in-person time preferred, but flexible hybrid possible.
- **Hours**: Minimum 15 hours/week to start, with opportunity to grow.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
