**About the Role**
Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, the Injury Management Advisor (IMA) provides coaching and advice to case managers about appropriate treatment, services and return to work strategies.
The IMA is responsible for developing and promoting injury management strategies which focus on early intervention, recovery and durable return to work.

**To be successful in this role you will have:**
- The ability to gather information from a range of stakeholders to develop effective injury management strategies
- Experience in preparing and attending claims reviews and effectively facilitating outcomes
- The ability and desire to coach case managers to effectively communicate with treating health practitioners with a focus on recovery
- A genuine interest in helping others.
**Required Expertise**
- Qualifications in a medical or health related field
- Extensive knowledge of medical and paramedical terminology and procedures
- Project management experience
- Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation desirable.
